I was with a trainee ocean she didn’t seem to be able to answer a few questions I had but a women then a man step into help her hotel orangally wanted kept timing out then was a issue ended up booking diff one with your but tui hotel I wasn’t informed but we did t get seats together with this one as other one you did so took 3 hours to book my email was wrote down wrong changed when I rang to say not got email confirmation then I asked if we was sat to together as my child as adhd and autism told me come back and they sort it from a Privé pp next time I’m in went back today took another few hours but finally sorted I’m not good with technology my phone can be iffy and I don’t like Ryanair system at all

Good service

We attended the Newmarket presentation run in conjunction with Hays on Tuesday with the intention of just looking to see what was on offer and ended up booking 2 holidays with Sue & Sean! Can’t resist a good offer and some fizz & canapés. Excellent service from the lovely staff at Hays Meadowhall as usual.

Sean was very informative and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. He is very personable and gave us a good idea what to expect and helped us pick a cabin for our requirements

The staff are more than helpful and friendly, they listen to your requests and try the best to match them.
A huge thank you to Ruth (who was training a new member of staff) and Michelle. They are a credit to Hays !!!!

Caitlin went above and beyond to help with us planning a holiday with our teenage son. She was very patient and listened to what we wanted from a holiday and delivered us with something to look forward to and at a reasonable price.

Sue was amazing from start to finish! She was kind, knowledgable and patience with us and our many different requests! She went above and beyond to help us and ensure we could use a voucher we had received before expiry! We will definitely be back to see Sue again at hays travel Meadowhall, Sheffield! She is a great asset to the team!

Went in with 4 options kareen gave us some solid advice worked out the prices and hey presto another holiday booked with hays, that's 4 holidays and 2 more to do this year, 👍
