Emma at the Metrocentre branch was absolutely wonderful to work with. She really listened to what we wanted from our holiday and carefully put together options that suited us perfectly. We looked at a few different possibilities, and nothing was ever too much trouble — she was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. She made the whole experience feel easy and personal, and we’re so grateful for her support. Thank you, Emma!

The lady was very helpful and didn't mind that we were unsure of which itinerary we preferred she kept going backwards and forward till we got the one we were happy with.

I booked a surprise holiday for my wife’s 60 th birthday to Ireland I then received a copy of an email from national holidays specifying that her mobility scooter could weigh no more than 25 kg I visited Careco where I purchased her scooter from to find its total assembled weight is 38 kg this scooter disassembles to4 different parts therefore each part is very light and is sold as li tech due to lack of weight in each part but overall is 38 kg

We always go to Hays to book our holidays. Fantastic service by all the staff. We have an autistic daughter and the staff always do everything to make sure our travel arrangements suit her.

I did this booking by phone so helpful and I was able to follow everything completed booking went into store today to book seats for flight an afterthought and again we had a good laugh and would not book any where else they are wonderful

We arrived near closing time not realising time had changed to an earlier close, the staff member said it was fine, to still come in.
We gave our requests, she made suggestions as well as, we booked our holiday, it was well after close time when we left. She had a very friendly demeanour, nothing seemed too much bother. We often use hayes travel, I always find the staff very friendly and helpful.

Morgan, was great knew the hotel we wanted to book in Turkey and told us a little about the aera too. Was quick and asked us all the right questions as I am disabled and request assistant at airport, great work by you all as we always book our holidays with you

Excellent service

Johann was excellent from beginning to end. She listened to my needs. Helped with all the information i needed as was a first time cruise holiday i was booking and gave me lots of advice and options for the budget i had. She went out of her way to find the best cabin for my budget and even showed me videos on the ship i would be boarding. Yet again an excellent booking experience with a fantastic staff member with excellent customer service skills with added personal understanding of needs of the booking budget and advice given.
