Booked a holiday; called into Haymarket shop twice. Jordan (if I recall her name correctly ) was very switched on, professional, patient and helpful; an excellent advertisement for your organisation.

Professional and Helpful
As usual my booking was quick and efficient and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Jordan also asked me if I wanted to book plane seats as I normally do. I was pleased she reminded me as I would have forgotten. This was very helpful and she is always extremely thorough.
