Laura from hays Newcastle went out of her way to find us the holiday we wanted even staying behind late as we were in the middle of finding a hotel and couldn’t decide between 2 hotels nothing was too much trouble for her thank you Laura we will be back to book another holiday with you .

Do most of our bookings through Hays as staff are so helpful.

The staff were great found us a great deal booking was eazy and service was great.

The agent that helped us was Beth in Newcastle. She did everything in her power to find us something we wanted and eventually she did.
We were made welcome as soon as we went in.

We have had a great experience with Laura at Hays Travel Newcastle. She helped us book a trip around the USA (route 66) and she was great in organising the perfect trip for us. She was really passionate and friendly and really took the time to make it special for us. We would not hesitate to recommend and we can’t wait for our trip of a lifetime!

The agent who I dealt with at Newcastle (Beth) was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Trip booked only 2 weeks prior to departure. She sorted everything eg passport details/boarding passes etc. Was willing to help in any way. This is the 3rd trip we've booked with Hays and will use again for any future trips.

Friendly welcome and my friend and myself had a brochure and had selected the trip we wanted to book. Jordan was very helpful and the booking was made quickly and everything explained to us. Always use Hays Travel and all branches have friendly, knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere!
