I had to cancel holiday 24 hrs before travelling . As I was terribly ill .
Called for advice to Hays travel helpline not branch very very poor very upsetting left feeling very unsupported when we both needed reassurance if nothing else Since then I’ve had no response or follow up call from Hays

Just booked next year's holiday to Sorrento at the Newton Mearns branch. A great price as always from Lynn. They are always so helpful in-branch we wouldn't go anywhere else.

The initial quote was delivered promptly by Lynn and all the components explained well. After resolving all my many questions, I have booked the ideal cruise and stay holiday for all the family.

Elisabeth was very patient on the phone to a travel company on my behalf and managed to get me a great deal on my 2027 holiday. I was very impressed 👍

The process is made so much easier when you feel that the staff are happy to see you.
