I had an amazing experience Harry was everything you would want when booking your holiday,so well mannered, explained everything clearly and was so patient, he wasn't at all pushy,I'll always book with hays from now on,even his colleagues were lovely an friendly, the Northfield branch is the best.

Just popped in to find a short break
Popped into Hays to see if they could and sat with Megan to see if she could find us a little break for me and my family. She was very good at listening to what we wanted from our holiday and found us a great deal. Really pleased with the professional service received by Hays and particularly by Megan.

This is our third holiday with Hays…
This is the third holiday I have booked with my friend. Each assistant always seem to know what type of holiday we are looking for and I’m sure this next one will not disappoint. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and it’s a bonus when they have been to the hotel and destination.
