That staff member was very helpful, friendly and patient. She listened to everything we asked for and was able to find a river cruise holiday that was perfect. All other staff in the shop were also friendly.
Will definitely use this travel agent again.

As usual I got great service. Jane was brilliant again and got me exactly what I wanted. I would not even think about going anywhere else. It is impossible to get better service anywhere.

I always use Hays Travel it’s a company you can trust. With Excellent Staff who are Trained to a high standard. Beth who I get to book my flights and Holiday goes out of her way to make sure every detail is correct looking for the best deals. I use Hays as I feel being an English owned company I can Trust Them.
