Very welcoming polite staff always especially Jane she is the jewel in the crown but all the staff are second to none. We are always satisfied even when things go wrong.

Excellent service - Amanda was brilliant!
I recently visited Hays Travel and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Amanda was extremely helpful, took the time to properly listen to what I wanted, and made sure everything suited my needs.
She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and she tailored the perfect holiday for us without making anything feel rushed or pressured. The whole experience was genuinely pleasant and stress-free.
I’ll definitely be using Hays Travel again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amanda and the team to family and friends. Thanks again!

Great experience booking with Hays Travel Peterlee
We booked our second holiday with Hays Travel Peterlee today and once again received fantastic service. Amanda was absolutely brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to talk us through lots of fabulous holiday options. We are really pleased with the whole experience and feel confident everything has been taken care of.
