You won’t be disappointed
Always happy to book our holiday at the Pontefract Branch. These bunch of ladies are so welcoming as soon as you go through the door and take a seat. It doesn’t matter if you are in the shop 2hrs they will keep helping you till you are satisfied 100% in booking your holiday. This holiday was booked by Joanne who as got the patience of a saint when dealing with me. Thank you Hays and thank you ladies, you are all super duper xxx

We had no idea where we wanted to go…
We had no idea where we wanted to go for a last minute week away
Alison spent time searching and gave us plenty of choice and found us a holiday that was right for us and at the right price.
We were checked in and even parking and an overnight hotel booked, so all we need to do now is Pack and get to the airport.
Thankyou for sorting everything out for us, much appreciated. Top team at Pontefract 👍

The staff are great and Emily who i booked my holiday with from pontefract branch made it all hassle free over the phone sorted all my package and upgrades and even sorted my parking over the phone no need to go in store overall great experience and Emily's customer service was exceptional 😀

Saved the day!
After a few bad experiences at the Barnsley and Meadowhall branches of Hays Travel we almost gave up on it altogether but we found the amazing Emily at the Pontefract branch! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, really knowledgeable about the areas we were booking and seemed really interested in helping us to book our dream honeymoon! Thank you so much Emily, we will definitely use their services again!
