l called into your branch in Pontefract at 16-15ish by 16-50ish l had booked and payed for a holiday to Cyprus you're staff were excellent friendly very knowledgeable and polite could not fault them if l book another holiday I'll know we're to go thank you

Booking a city break to Paris.
Joanne couldn't have been more helpful when we booked our city break to Paris. She spent lots of time finding the best deal with the most central location and advised us about an app to use to travel around while we were there. She was really patient, very pleasant and diligent. Thank you so much.
