Being older we need a bit of help sorting out holidays.I phoned one company they couldn't be bothered to help us.A friend recommended Hays.They were so helpful and kind .We will definitely be using them again if we book a holiday

Once again Sam, at Hay's sorted out our double booking for 4 people from 2 different airports with the same arrival and departure dates.
It was Painless, she is so helpful, we just did the whole deal over the phone. She always goes the extra mile and even checks us in. Fantastic service.
