Great service
Great service. Cloe was very knowledgeable about the Greek island's. Found us a great hotel in the area we had requested. She advised us of money saving by moving date slightly and also booked car parking

Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care, 2nd holiday booked through Hayes Redcar this year. Nothing was too much trouble for Sophie, and found the ideal cruise for me (as a first cruise), with a potential 2nd cruise identified for 2027. Hayes Travel Redcar excel in customer care

Ellie was very helpful she tried numerous ways to sort our difficult holiday out as we were flying from 2 different airports to meet up for a family holiday .
