We gave her the two hotels we were thinking of
She checked both and checked best flights and prices.
She managed to get us daytime flights at a cheaper price.
She was very efficient.

Very helpful staff
We recently visited Hays travel in Royton. We saw Courtney. Courtney was very patient and gave us lots of help. We booked a holiday only to return the next day to change the holiday. We saw Courtney again who dealt with our request professionally and it was no trouble to her. All the time she was polite and cheerful. Thank you Courtney for all your help.

Bev was wonderful as usual
Bev was wonderful as usual, she rang back when she said she would and had all the details ready for what we asked for. This is the sixth time that we have booked our holiday through Hays and we are always happy with the customer service.
