Freiendly, efficient staff

I was most impressed with the professional and efficient service I received and how calm your employee was when things didn't go according to plan, i.e. the website being used wouldn't accept my email address. How bizarre! However, the problem was overcome.

Very helpful and efficient, had holiday booked in no time. Exactly what we wanted.

we had details of what we wanted when etc the agent was very helpful. the prices where cheaper online, but the agent managed to get it a little cheaper and managed to get our preferred seats on the plane.

Listened to what we wanted from a trip to South Africa and found us the perfect holiday to suit our budget.

Very informative information regarding searching for a holiday for my sister and myself. I was dealt with by Bev who couldn't be more helpful. Bev knew exactly what I was looking for and found the ideal holiday which was the first one Bev showed me.
