Booking our honeymoon
Amy helped me and my partner book our perfect honeymoon and she was so helpful through out, she ticked all the boxes we wanted and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Croatia cruise …

Went into my local branch at Rugeley and was welcomed by a very friendly and helpful young lady
I already knew where I wanted to go and all the price details of the trip. She managed to get me a better price (albeit very slight) than I had got online and so I booked it there and then

Satisfaction at Hays Travel
Before arriving at Hays Travel in our home town, we knew exactly where and when we would like to go.
Bethany was so informative and guided us through the alternatives of different companies and eventually we were able to make a decision which suited us.

I recently used this travel agency to book a holiday to Southeast Asia, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to tailor the trip exactly to what I was looking for. They provided great advice on destinations, accommodation, and travel arrangements, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out throughout the booking process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip and would happily book with them again.
