Sheila went above and beyond
Sheila at the Rugeley branch went above and beyond for our holiday, even though it wasn’t a big holiday. She is friendly and really took the time to understand what we needed within our budget.

As always, Amy was extremely helpful and worked really hard to find our perfect holiday, totally professional, a credit to your company, a little more expensive than what we could have got elsewhere, but worth every extra penny for the reassurance that our holiday would be sorted and there will be nothing missed.

We have used Hays before and found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, always taking the time to find the best deal.. We booked our holiday with Josh .. what a lovely person.. we certainly had lots of smiles and laughter booking our holiday! Can’t wait to go!! 😜

Great customer service
Our request was dealt with by a lovely young lady called Amy and just going in to enquire we came out with a holiday booked 😊 Nothing was too much trouble and she helped us massively decide on our hotel & resort booking.
