Firstly, thank you for trusting me time and time again. A three week trip to Tenerife is a big one to get right, so I’m so pleased it exceeded your expectations and ticked every box. And I love that you say you’re fussy because that just means we make sure every little detail is perfect 😄

Now we’re in the middle of planning Thailand and you’ve just booked a trip with your grandchildren as well, which I absolutely love. Family holidays are so special and I always want to make sure everything works exactly how it should for everyone travelling.
