I’m so pleased you reached out, especially on a Saturday night. Travel plans don’t just happen Monday to Friday, so we always try to be there when our clients need us. I love that we could get everything sorted for you quickly without the usual back and forth or making things more complicated than they need to be.

Hazel will be absolutely over the moon reading this. She really does care about getting things right and going that extra mile, so it means a lot that you recognised that. I’m very lucky to have her as part of Team Ryan.

The fact you travel three or four times a year and chose to book with us after a long time away from using a travel agent is such a compliment. We’d love to help with every trip going forward and make each one just as smooth.

Lindsay, I honestly don’t even know where to start with this one 🥹

Firstly, thank you. The fact you keep coming back to book with us and then take the time to leave reviews like this genuinely means more than you probably realise.

You absolutely do keep us on our toes with the mix of couples holidays, family trips, group bookings and the occasional “we need extra legroom yesterday” situation 😅 but that’s exactly what we’re here for. Travel is never one size fits all and I love that you trust us with so many different types of trips.

Replying at silly o’clock has definitely become a bit of a speciality. When something matters to our clients, it matters to us. Whether it’s saving money, fixing a hiccup, or pulling something together last minute, we’ll always jump straight on it.

Your loyalty and support genuinely help our business grow, and reviews like this are the reason new clients feel confident booking with us. So thank you for not just travelling with Team Ryan, but championing us too.
