Fantastic experience
This is the third cruise we have booked with Simon, each time has been straight forward and any questions answered promptly.
Regarding our latest booking, I emailed about 7.45pm not expecting a response until the next day at the earliest. Within minutes Simon had emailed back and within 30 minutes the holiday was booked!!
I would highly recommend Simon, his service is second to none!

First class service and unbeatable price
I saw a holiday advertised and messaged Kat to see if there were alternative dates. She responded quickly with the information I needed but with no pressure to book. When I decided I was ready to book it was done online in minutes and the price is unbeatable. Really impressed and already recommended Kat at Hays to friends. Will be going to Kat first whenever I am looking for my next holiday.

When I initially tried to book the holiday was fully booked, but when couple of rooms became available phoned me straight away and was patient and polite as I was getting the information from the other people on the party as we were not in the same area.
