Very easy to book and staff are very helpful
Hays Travel is my go to place now for booking holidays. I check online for prices and to be honest if there is a difference it is not worth the hassle booking online as it is so small and Hays sort everything out for us. Special thanks to Kay for sorting this out for us and apologies with all the changes. Will be in again after the one in August to book another one for September. Thanks again :)

I had a great experience in the Sittingbourne branch on Saturday 30th May with Amber. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. She also took her time and I did'nt feel rushed even though the branch was busy.

Amber was brilliant I gave her a list of things we wanted and she came up with the perfect holiday. Not only did she get the holiday but also sorted out our euros and car parking at Gatwick. She made the booking extremely easy thank you.
