Victoria, at the Southsea branch, despite being thwarted at every turn did not give up. She kept us in the loop and the next day was able to finalise our booking. She was tenacious and caring about our plans.

Good, polite and helpful service. Cost of hotel and transfer had increased since I was sent the original information (2 weeks
previous) and I don't think it had been made clear that this could happen.
