The customer service agent was extreamly knowledgeable and very helpful for all questions I asked and I got the answers I needed. I would highly reccomend hays travel insurance have now used them a few times.

Great Experience
I want to thank Laura one of the Cruise Consultants in making the whole process of booking the cruise I made and changes I needed so easy. Laura has always responded quickly and come up with the best solution as quickly as possible. I will definitely be using Hays again in the future.

The staff new there stuff and where very friendly made the process of booking a cruise very easy i gave them my dates where I wanted to go and how many days they made a list which I chose from I will definitely book with Hays again

I contacted the Hays cruise site via Chat as I had a question and a lovely agent called Ella answered and then got me a quote that I was very happy with. I was able to book there and then and everything was explained to me. Very happy with the quick and professional service.
