I went in to buy a gift voucher but was not impressed in having to give lots of my personal information for ‘the system’. I made it very clear I did not want any further emails or marketing information and was assured I would not. Then I get this email today. I’m not impressed.

The staff were helpful and friendly which made the booking of our holiday at short notice stress free.

Rui is our go to person at Hays Stamford he always gives great advice and finds the perfect deal. The Stamford shop is a credit to the Hays group with all the staff attentive and helpful and they do what they say

Always excellent and friendly service at Hays in Stamford.

Paula was very attentive and knowledgeable, helped us get the cruise we wanted and within our budget

Absolutely faultless experience and service from Paula. I made an enquiry and before I knew it, I had a detailed quotation exactly meeting the criteria I had asked but with tweaks that actually generated a much better price for our proposed trip to New York. Emailed over to me and advised when she was next available if we wanted to discuss or amend. Absolutely no pressure just clear comms. We went back a day later after checking Visa requirements etc the offer had slightly changed due to others taking the opportunity but Paula went out of her way to match the original offer. Payment links sent directly to my phone and absolutely hassle free. Who says the internet is the way to your best deal and service?!! 5* rating in every aspect - thank you Paula and Hays travel Stamford.

Knowledgeable, friendly and interested support from Hayley S. She talked through the options , printed things out and repeated important information. She also explained what information we would receive nearer departure such as excursions. Very relatable person.

Kaitlyn arranged my flights and seats to New Zealand very professionally with 100 percent good customer service she is an asset to your company .

I was hesitant about going into / using a Travel Agent for booking my cruise vacation, but I have to say, my mindset has been changed after walking into Hays Travel Travel in Stamford. The team listened to my requirements, provided very cost effective and competitive quotes; no sales pressure and the normal sales flannel you hear. I evaluated my options and when it came to the actual booking, Izzy with support from her manager, Tracy, provided deals that I had not even considered.
All in all, a fabulous experience and superb service throughout, will be calling for future vacations

From the moment I entered Hays Travel, Kaitlyn made me feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful. I left with all the relevant documents and clear instructions on what to do and when in the months leading up to our wonderful Cunard holiday on board the Queen Anne.
