From the moment I entered Hays Travel, Kaitlyn made me feel very welcome and could not have been more helpful. I left with all the relevant documents and clear instructions on what to do and when in the months leading up to our wonderful Cunard holiday on board the Queen Anne.

We had a great experience, we couldn’t have asked for more. We wanted a bit of a different holiday, visiting different places in Malaysia but without the hassle of booking everything ourselves. Tracy was just amazing, so patient with us, no pressure and listened to our requirements which we tweaked several times before we were happy with the itinerary, the hotels, the flight times etc etc

I am not a seasoned traveler but the whole experience by the staff at the shop in Stamford made myself feel very comfortable and will return again.

The staff were so helpful, kind, answered any questions I had. They tried to get the best deal for me and asked amongst themselves to give the most informative answers and information. Fantastic experience!!

We had a short time to take a holiday, and went to Hays in Stamford where we were delighted by the professional service delivered by Kaitlyn.
Kaitlyn showed us appropriate hotels and flights and we were booked for the holiday which started in two days. All the travel documents were printed and currency bought in the Agency. Seven days in Madeira, excellent holiday
The hotel Pestana Miradar was fine but when we arrived at 23:30 I was surprised that there was no coffee/tea etc. although there was a kettle. Mentioned this to reception the following day, to be told that the hotel do not supply such and they expect to guests to make their own arrangements. Interesting.

Our first time booking a holiday with Hays and will definitely be going back, from the first step in the door we were met by the lovely Hayley who very speedily got our holiday book. She was extremely helpful friendly and always had a smile what more could you ask for.

We have always booked through Hays Travel but this is our first time with their Stamford team. Excellent service.

Hays travel was very helpful as we are not good at booking on line they did it all for us the staff was friendly found what we wanted sorted out insurance for us pleased with them and will go back again to book holidays and tell my family and friends how helpful they was really pleased
