Fantastic team at Stowmarket Hays Travel. Couldn’t have been made to feel any more comfortable and reassured we had booked the right place for us as a family!
Tom went over and above to help with our travel insurance too, calling them directly to check personal questions.

I felt comfortable in the knowledge that my requirements were being met. The process of selecting and booking a holiday was smooth and efficient.

It's so good to have a local travel agent to book our holidays. Booking direct online yourself can sometimes be very challenging and you could well miss offers which are available. We have always booked our cruises through Hays and Amina has now booked two for us. She's so helpful and friendly and you never feel you're asking too many questions.

Netty is a star. She knows her stuff and she knows what we like and doesnt complain when we're undecided. Cant praise her enough

Netty, our agent was so professional with us. We entered Hays Travel in Stowmarket, not sure what we wanted, cruise, beach, sun or fun.
By Netty's suggestions we decided on a cruise to the Caribbean, which we hadn't considered. Within 30mins we were booked, given paper documents confirming our booking and left happy.

We went on line to book tickets to Australia and was bombarded with all sorts of info that just didn’t make sense to me so we went to Hays in Stowmarket, Tom warmly greeted us and sat us down, within 45 minutes we had the best prices, chose our seats for the 4 flights on the days we wanted and he sorted our travel insurance. all round a fantastic experience. Tom was very professional and answered all of our questions, will definitely use Hays Travel again.
