Everything went well, Mandy was very helpful.

They take time with you no rush and the staff are very friendly

Your operator efficiently and politely answered all of our questions and booked our trip exactly as we wanted it.

The person we spoke to was very helpful. We had a few questions and he went back and forth with the coach company to give us the information required. We have booked our last 3 holidays with Hays, very happy with their service and it is nice to be able to go into the travel agents to speak to someone in person.

The manager was attentive, reviewed various possible options and helped us make a choice.

They listen to your needs and provide you with a holiday you are looking for. Nothing is too much trouble. Whether you talk to the staff on the phone or within the branch you get the same excellent service. 100% would recommend over and over again.
