Me and wife visited Hays travel, branch in sutton,
We were attended by Mandy,frendly good customer service and a wealth of practical knownolgy. the service and all the booking arrangements,by mandy was excellent many thanks

We explained what we were looking for and the young lad, who we think was still learning, looked and found us a suitable cruise. He was very patient with us while we were deciding. What impressed me was when he wasnt sure of somethhng, he asked for help from other staff and they came over and explained to him what to do. Excellent team work.

The representative was very helpful and efficient

After receiving a quick response to my initial e-mail enquiries, I visited the store in person to book my first cruise holiday to ensure that everything was done correctly. I found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable - I would definitely recommend them.

I found that Dean understood my needs looked in advance for my holiday and also found it was cheaper then the previous holiday.

Hays good to book through they cover all aspects of our trip.
Busy shop and sometimes difficult to hear stuff (I do wear hearing aids)
Young Apprentice dealt with us and he seemed a little nervous, but he was very helpful.

I was trying to book a holiday for my wife and myself on the TUI website. Everytime I tried to book their website failed or timed out - over and over again. I was working in Sutton, Surrey and a Hays travel shop, and I thought if they could offer anywhere near the TUI online price. I went in and welcomed by Mandy. She also had the same problems, so I left my contact details and went off. A few hours later Mandy called to let me know she was having the same issues on the TUI website but would call the cruise line. The next day I received a call and Mandy explained that she had emailed a quote to me. She not only matched their price but beat it, not by much but it was definitely better value. Her service was 10 out of 10.
