I felt presurised this time, and still do not have the answers I need, I imagined that after I had booked I would get access to a portal with P & O, not so it seems

Kevin always goes above and beyond; he also has a good sense of humour and is a pleasure to do business with.

Eight of us pensioners went into Hays Travel to book a holiday, two of us wanted double bed, the rest were singles, one of us special dietary requirements, some of us wanted to pay together, some separately, some for an additional holiday at the same time, we all bombarded the staff with our questions. The staff are very knowledgeable and went through everything meticulously and we came away happy with our booking.

As always Lisa in the Swanage store got our holiday sorted with her usual professionalism and friendliness .

As always at our local Swanage branch, the service was friendly, efficient and professional.

Kevin always goes the extra mile to ensure that we remain satisfied customers after more than 15 years of dealing with him. Nothing is too much trouble and this brings benefits for the branch and the company in terms of extra business, as well as for us the travellers. Our call took us well after closing time, but it was worth it all round - and we never felt hurried. Thank you, Kevin.
