Efficient, friendly and helpful staff

The staff in Hays Travel Taunton could not have been more helpful and pleasant as we booked a cruise for a big family group, with some particular requirements.

Friendly and courteous staff (Ellen) found what we were looking for and booked straight away.. very pleased with the service provided..

Was looking to book a cruise for the first time and needed help. Adelle welcomed us as we entered the shop. She put us quickly at ease. Obviously an experienced adviser she quickly established our requirements for what would make a cruise great for us. Various options considered but she fairly quickly located a trip that was a perfect fit for our requirements. The whole experience was very relaxed with no pressure.

As soon as we walked in we were Greeted with a smile, Ellen was amazing she was very helpful and went through everything with us nothing was too much trouble, we had lots of laugh with her and we even got a hot drink, would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone,

Your company managed to get me a good price from my holiday

I wanted to book a trip away I phoned up hays travel they gave me a clear and detailed explanation of our holiday cost and requirements a gentleman called Lewis is fantastic he was so nice and helpful he kept in touch and kept finding info on the breakfast where we where staying on out city break I will definitely book with them again recommend them ask for Lewis and you will not be disappointed.

Informative answers to all my questions , they gave me all the details I wanted and other options that were available if I chose to change my mind
They have friendly staff I can have a laugh with , they’re always helpful and reliable too , it’s a great little shop my local Hays 👍❤️❤️

When we walked into Hays travel in Taunton, a lovely guy named Lewis welcomed us and was amazing, he helped us every step of the way and we were able to book a cruise with confidence.

Lewis is very efficient, helpful and pleasant. It’s always a pleasure to do business with him
