Hays Travel - Telford レビュー 

It was our first cruise so going in blind so to speak . Embarking was smooth (few) and the ship Iona was amazing and so big even after 7 days I could get lost and did . The staff are super friendly the food delicious and the entertainment mostly amazing. The house group were diabolical but hey they sang better than I could . ( but not good enough to stay and listen too ).
The lifts on the ship have a mind of their own , no matter what floor you ask to go to it thinks you really need to go somewhere different. We spent a third of our cruise on mystery tours in the lift .
We arranged the cruise through Hays travel , with their staff it made booking and checking everything easy . Highly recommend these guys .
We have booked another cruse on board but asked if Hay travel can deal with the booking for us . They are going to contact Hays travel to deal at no extra charge .

We were given a friendly greeting by Natasha who patiently checked several hotels for us before we finally made our minds up. She proceeded to book our holiday quickly and efficiently

Friendly and helpful staff .. explained everything and what will happen next.

The lady was polite and friendly, and knew what she was talking about.

Calvin did the initial enquiry & was very patient with me as I knew I wanted to go to Amsterdam but wasn’t sure of location. He used his personal experience to advise me & give me lots of options. He even showed me street view of different areas & helped work out perfect location for me to explore the museums. Once I discussed with my daughter I returned to store & Laura processed the booking with ease & gave me the option of DD to help spread the cost.
This will be my first trip abroad in 10yrs but the staff at Hays have made the process less stressful & I’m excited for my trip.

Amazing experience , Dealt with Luara at Hayes in Telford . She is lovely and very knowledgeable about different places . I always book my summer holidays through Hayes. Because they are just as cheap as the internet and its so easy , plus you deal with some one on a one to one basis . I am very fussy and usually always upgrade with extras and they just sort it for you makes my life easier.

Staff were very informative and made the trip.less syressful
