Grace was very helpful looking at the two hotels we were looking at comparing price with facilities available
Then sorted our insurance for us but when we came to ahitch in booking a colegue assisted all staff helpfel

Amy was very patient and helpful, showing us lots of options and all the other ladies in the shop were very friendly, this made our experience a good one

The lady who I booked with was very helpful, I felt very comfortable whilst booking. I think her name was Sue.

I was greted as soon as I entered the shop and offered a seat, unsure of where I wanted to holiday there was no rush Sue went through various options until I was happy with the accommodation and destination.

Booking. staff and the service was really good

Went in to enquire about a cruise, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, they changed the flight I was offered by the cruise line to a much better route and time. Spent time looking at ships deck plan, to find a good cabin.
Could not be happier.
Wonderful experience, will definitely use this shop again.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient

Considering I was booking such a large family group for a holiday in August 2027, and wanted a lot of specific rooms I was given so much time, and help, to get it all sorted and booked. Nothing was to much trouble for the lady who sorted everything. Everything was explained fully. So grateful for getting everything I wanted.
