Very helpful staff, especially Lucy

I would absolutely recommend Hays Travel in Waterlooville. The assistant (Emma) who helped us book our cruise was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We had quite a complicated booking and I needed to phone other family members to try and get things confirmed and she didn't make us feel rushed at all - even though it was clear how busy they all were. The knowledge and expertise were what was most impressive. She knew all about the ships, the cabins, the flight options. I know people often book online these days but honestly, the knowledge of someone who knows what they are talking about was so refreshing. It felt like a great start to a once in a lifetime holiday and I love the fact that I can pop into the branch if I have any questions.

We wanted a family holiday for 8. Two of the eight (not a couple) were to arrive and leave on different dates.
Hannah found a holiday that suited everyone.

he was so helpful and kind took to the time to look a few hotel options and change a few over things to suit the dream package, great price too on zero deposit

Kind helpful staff on both visits everything explained in great detail and our wishes and requirements were all dealt with both Emma on our first visit when we just making enquiries and Atlanta on our second visit when we booked were very good excellent service

Staff were great very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, they found us a great holiday, and we would go there again

We went in to ask about cruises for next year. Emma was really helpful, asked us a few questions about dates and places we wanted to go and searched away! She found us a cruise within minutes and we booked! The whole process was so quick and easy. Thank you Emma!
