Lucy was absolutely amazing
Lucy was absolutely amazing. Found myself and my partner a holiday which was much better suited for us than the one we chose for a much better deal. I’ve booked holidays through her before and everytime she has outdone herself in finding the best possible holidays and i know that my upcoming holiday is going to be incredible. Thank you Lucy!

The team at Hays Waterlooville have been absolutely superb with regards our recent cruise bookings on QM2. This included transferring booking details between different customers. From start to finish the communication and effort put in to handle every detail was the best we have ever had from a Travel Agent. All team members worked brilliantly together so any calls made or received were handled seamlessly. The Hays app is a bonus. Thanks to Hannah, Emma, Freya and Lucy.
