My Husband & Myself went into the waterlooville branch & was assisted by the lovely Lucy. She was very helpful as always she goes above & beyond to help us get what we want.such a lovely girl always smiling.also Atlanta helps us a great deal too.

Good travel agents
Freya delt with me promptly was polite, sorted everything quickly. Got a good deal on our holiday way cheaper than TUI . I've used hayes before would use again

Very helpful
Emma listened to what we wanted and helped us find what we hope will be a wonderful holiday.
All the other staff were lovely even bringing a bowl of water out for our dog.
