I would not recommend Hays at all
I would not recommend Hays at all!
Booked a cruise via them went to cancel my booking after 36hrs. I’ve lost my deposit, you get no cooling off period!!
When I spoke to customer service it’s in the small print of t&c… so my fault as I didn’t read it!!!

As stated in the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking, cancellation charges apply from the point a reservation is confirmed. I have been looking for a short city break away and came onto hays travel’s website and found so many great deals my jaw dropped and I knew I had to book with you guys! My booking process was so easy everything was so simple and got it done with no hassle!

Booked this holiday online at a great…
Booked this holiday online at a great price. When I visited my local Branch they were unable to find the holiday on their search sites. I went on a live chat online and again they could not find the Hotel. The representative even phoned me and had tried to search all sites without success. I am very pleased with the Holiday I booked but don't understand why your Office could not find it.

I think it’s a bit steep that they keep your deposit even when you cancel 24 hour urs after booking due to excentuating circumstances

Your staff were so friendly and helpful…
Your staff were so friendly and helpful with our booking. They asked if we needed help even when we tried to book and we were not successful. They emailed us to see if we needed help on our second attempt also. Love doing business from Australia. See you in the UK soon

Easy all the way.
All very straight forward.
The only hassle is that introduced by Ryanair which Hays cannot influence - paperless boarding passes and low levels of free luggage.

Easy site, Great Breaks
I've visited Hays many times and am very happy with the service in store. Ventured onto the web for a short break in March to beat the winter blues. Found the website to be intuitive, clean, easy to navigate with all options presented clearly. Great break booked easily within half an hour.
