Destination was fixed, but accommodation was a mystery. Hays listened to our desires and matched the hotel to our criteria. So far, so good!

James was very helpful in booking the cruise especially as I was booking it for myself and a friend who could not be there. He answered my many questions knowledgeably and in a calm manner. He suggested addons to enhance the experience including trips, currency and even a payment plan, some of which I will be taking up via him. I had a couple of supplementary questions on another day and again he dealt with them efficiently. Good experience all round.

Simon is a delight. He worked with us through the various options with insight and knowledge until we arrived at a package that has left us excited

We had not been to Hays before...we felt that the office had a problem with getting their heads round what we really wanted.
We did some on-line research and found the holiday to really suit us ( Hays had emailed this to us but we felt a little more research was needed ).
We wanted to support our local shops so booked with Hays who agreed to match the on-line price. The actual booking process went well.
