Booked a future cruise with Nigel. He always has a friendly, approachable manner. Very knowledgeable especially around cruising. The whole team are amazing. Think Hays 1st every time.

Advisor was very polite & knowledgeable. She had actually been on the cruise ship I was interested in which is always useful to get first hand knowledge.

He was very helpful in providing us with answers to host of questions that gave us a lot to think about He is a very knowledge person with a professional manner. A good experience
I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who immediately put me at ease .
This young lady very rapidly sorted out my needs , flights etc , assured me that tickets/ paperwork/ booking in for flight will all be taken care of.

Mixed feelings but proved wrong .
To be honest on my previous visit I had a major issue with one of the young ladies that served me . My last visit to arrange another break away I had the same young lady but this time she was amazing . Helpful, polite and gave us the best advise possible. Definitely recommend Hays Weymouth .
