Kelly helped us tailor our break perfectly. She was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and helped us change our flight times—she even added some discounts for us!

Andrea is simply the best! Wigan Hays!
We went in to pay for our next holiday abroad at the end of September. Thankfully Andrea was in so we chatted about another holiday next year, already have one in May booked.
Andrea was her usual hard working professional and friendly. We ended up booking yet another holiday.
We would never want to book with anyone else.
We told her how relaxing and comfortable our last holiday was and how much we were looking forward to our next one. Now we have three booked and are really looking forward to all of them.

Very pleased with your member of staff Abbie who treated us in a very professional way and completed the holiday transaction in less than thirty minutes even though she admitted she was not as comptomt as other members of staff on cruises we are very happy with all your staff at wigan always helpful
