The price they displayed the day before…
The price they displayed the day before had gone up the next day in price. As tui said you should of honored the price because of the amount of holidays booked with you.

We asked about various flights options and she was very supportive with this.
We then looked into cruises and she was knowledgeable and helpful with the booking process and on-board options.
Kelly also offered support with booking in online for our upcoming holiday, which we appreciated.

The monthly payment is a convenient and very manageable way to book holidays and we appreciate this option - thank you.
