I ordered two large suitcases for my partner and I for our valentines trip and it came and we absolutely love it. Might I add that it came on time and the customer service was satisfactory

The phone case I bought my daughter for Christmas snapped within weeks. It cost almost £40 and I expected it to be of much better quality.

I have emailed repeatedly about this but had no response. You can't ring them so there is nothing dissatisfied customers can do.

Update: I did get a full refund in the end, but it took a while. It is stressful when you can't contact a company by phone or Livechat but have to rely on emails and their response is slow

My brother referred me the hb money transfer I used it first time and gonna give them 5 stars because It's very simple and easy also fast service

This is the best suitcase company ever . I ordered my suitcase on the 12th of December and I got it delivered 15th of December just in time for my trip . I recommend them . Good customer service … fast delivery , No single complain about my order. I love it …

I ordered a suitcase for my girlfriend, I wasn’t sure if it was going to arrive in time but I contacted the team at HB London and Sammie made sure it arrived in time and fast tracked my order! Great service.

The products are amazing, hard wearing and unique, we all love them! The customer service and aftercare is quick to respond to emails and very efficient, thank you. What a pleasure it was dealing with a customer service that replies straight away. Great company and lovely suitcases. A must for travelling.

I ordered a card holder wallet and it didn’t arrive after the 15 working day scheduled delivery. I enquired about it and was ignored. I emailed a second time and was told it would arrive a few days later, as expected it never arrived. When I emailed a third time I was ignored again and ended up having to claim against them with my bank. I would AVOID at all cost!

So pleased yet again with another lovely suitcase thanks Sammie for all your help x

Absolutely love HB London! I’ve ordered a few luggages from them now over the years and also phone cases. Really pleased with all the products and its quality! Customer service is great too! Totally recommend!

I emailed to see if the personalised case I ordered would be able to be dispatched as quickly as possible as I needed it for a holiday. I was emailed back to say that they were able to fast track the case so I will receive it in time. Much appreciated!

I’ve only used my case a handful of times, and now the zip won’t open, from reading other reviews I see this is a production issue.

Apparently unable to replace the zip or case. Poor customer service!

HB London have been great for my requirements, have brought from them before and they still don’t disappoint, their products are of great quality and stand the test of time.. and I personally can’t fault their customer service either. Thank you again HB LONDON
