How meticulously the survey was carried out.
Very professional.

Beware! Had my suspicions due to a very poor reputation. Throughout the visit, the conduct and thoroughness of the inspection were seriously alarming. Not to mention the lack of knowledge from the “ Professional “ carrying out a lending valuation. Which became apparent after receiving their incredibly low valuation.

Please take serious consideration before allowing this company to be instructed.

India was efficient, polite and friendly. Survey was carrried out with no disruption to ourselves.

Loved that we were able to track progress online and that we had access to view at all times.
