Process was quickly arranged and clear. Questions were answered and explained. One small query was dealt with immediately.

The phone answered promptly and all questions discussed and anything I needed sorted out by Ben. Fabulous customer service, which is hard to find these days.
Our surveyor, Jamie, was equally helpful and gave up his time to discuss our report, until we were all happy with the final copy. Just superb and made me feel in good hands.

Douglas was extremely helpful to us as homeowners. Additional to his valuation survey he assisted us with advice on the needs of a prospective purchaser. We were impressed with the thorough examination of our property and that the valuation reflected our thoughts.

The Surveyor, Greg Scrimgeour, was very professional in his approach and helpful in clarifying a few points. The Admin staff were very efficient in providing the background support.

Home report was completed quickly and to a high standard. Office staff were very helpful in guiding me through the process & procedures.

Apparently company policy to mark electricity as category in the home report 3 when it's dated. It was category 2 when we purchased The flat 5 years ago and there has been no issued with electricity. Mind you it's another company who hadbdone the home report when we bought the flat.
A lot of catrgory 1 from the previous home report became 2 with no valid reasons.
Imo, there has to be standards accrross the industry and not individual company policies ranking things differently.
Very disappointed at the harshness of the home report I recieved.
