Absolute con man!
Ordered a bed, delivered the wrong bed & after agreeing to change it now won’t change it!!
Please don’t buy from this nightmare seller 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The gentleman I dealt with regarding the ordering of some slats was very pleasant from beginning to end. He also was the only person, (real person, no automated stuff) who Corresponded with me all the way through, and I wasn't passed from one recorded message telling me to press this button and press that button.
He was quick with replies and sorted everything out with no fuss at all. I would certainly use Headboards Ltd again, and recommend your company to anyone needing your kind of service.

Great communication regarding order and delivery, arrived when expected.
Lovely quality headboard (wall mounted in Melton Wool) which looks fantastic.
Wall mounting system was not quite as expected - was expecting brackets as pictured on the components section of the website but it's actually just a long piece of MDF cut to an angle which you attach to the wall and then the piece attached to the headboard just hooks on. Not what I was expecting, but it does the job. Not sure why it attracts the extra cost though as I would've though the cost would be similar to the struts!
