Courtney Fountain was the person i spoke to she was very efficient..as I stated,I had been quite busy and unfortunately it had been hard for her to contact me....once she spoke to me on Monday ...she went through the policy and giving me good advice..

I was very impressed with the service offered by Scott Souter of Heath Crawford. I was able to secure a better policy for my medical insurance at a much cheaper price than my previous one. Scott explained everything very clearly and it was simple to finalise all the details. I would certainly recommend their services.

Easy to deal with. Loads of Information. Phone calls back at times agreed. Easy to speak to Billy. Good prices and extras in the packages offered so got more when swapping my policy.

Have been trying to find a suitable health insurance policy for a while. At first there was one seem good offer but too many restrictions and for ever exclusion so call preexisting conditions- condition can be really difficult to define what is really from a previous diagnosis or not. Danny has been very helpful and find a few other options. Eventually I find one that accept no related claims in last 5 years and also offer after two years preexisting conditions can be covered again. The premium is acceptable as I need to include central London hospitals cover and I can have my choice of specialists within acceptable cost range.

I love dealing with is company, they always seem to get me the best deal out there. Gregg Turberfield is great, he always ensures the best deal, he’s responsive and really seems to take care of my complex requirements. I can highly recommend Heath Crawford for your insurance needs!

Heath Crawford took the worry out of renewing my policy; they did comparisons with other providers but recommended staying with existing company.

As with everything costs increase but given age etc., the new premium is acceptable.
