I use Heat every year for my Gas Safe check in my rental property. They are very professional, friendly, on time, easy to book appointments.
I would highly recommend them for this service and the replacing boilers. They removed a very old boiler for me a few years ago, replacing it with a very efficient new boiler, their workmanship in this case was absolutely faultless.

Heat Leicester installed our new boiler several years ago & did a first class job & following this, we have continued to use their boiler service. Their engineers are reliable, thorough & efficient which is why we can recommend the company.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Heat Professional Heating Limited, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, which immediately set a great tone. The team was extremely professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt confident in the work being carried out.

They fitted a new boiler and replaced a radiator, and their knowledge really showed — they worked efficiently and answered all my questions with ease. On top of that, they were incredibly clean and tidy, leaving everything spotless once the job was done.

What impressed me even more was how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the high quality of their work and service.

All in all, a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional team — I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

Ian was extremely helpful in identifying what the problem was with our heating system and gave us several options to manage the situation. He then speedily arranged for the system to be repaired and also carried out a boiler service. Great service.

We have now installed two air con units from Heat Leicester and the service received has been excellent. Ian, Ben and the team are doing a great job. Despite inclement weather conditions on both occasions the AC installations went smooth. Highly recommend this company.

After not being able to switch my heating off on Friday night and with the temperature getting higher and higher, I eventually had to switch off the boiler. When I switch the boiler back on Saturday morning the heating wouldn't come on. I contacted HEAT on Monday morning, explained the problem to April who answered the phone and was told Ben would be able to come out about 1.30pm that day. However she called me back a bit later to say that Ben could come immediately if I was in. By 12.30pm my heating was working perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending HEAT, they are all so helpful and pleasant to deal with.

They send out annual reminders. Easy to book and pay online. Very professional. Used them for the last 6 years. Would recommend them.

Great company, we have our boiler serviced every year by HEAT after they fitted one for us a few years ago. Always turn up on time and cleanliness is second to none, no disruptions at all.

Great company, efficient, quick and easy to book

Heat are fantastic. I used to use British Gas which cost a fortune. I then moved to a local independant but found him not great either and thankfully, I then found Heat. They've installed my new boiler, and I get it serviced each year from them. Always on time for jobs and very honest workmanship!

Absolutely incredible service from first to last. Properly diagnosed a longstanding problem that had defeated others. Repaired it effectively. Installed Hive control and rewired as necessary. Would recommend without hesitation and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.
