Selling watches at an inflated price toâŠ
Selling watches at an inflated price to consumers with little to no after sale product/customer support.
I purchased a Morrison - Bracelet Watch w/Date - Blue - HERHR7614
Initially when I received my watch it was missing one of the Super Luminova Buttons at the 8 oâclock position on the dial.
I returned the watch and was sent a replacement. I hadnât even worn that watch and it was missing the aforementioned button inside the Sapphire Coated Mineral Crystal. - - Heritor Morrison - Missing 8 o'clock....
Iâve only worn this watch approximately ten times since receiving it and noticed today as I took it out of the box to wear it that the Super Luminova Button at 12 oâclock position on the Unidirectional Rotating Bezel is missing. - - Heritor Morrison - Missing 12 o'clock...
This seems to be a systemic manufacturing defect with their Heritor Automatic Morrison models. Now this watch retails on their website for over $500.00, but they only offer a manufacturerâs warranty for 30 days. Does this coincide with their advertising of their time pieces being âGenerationalâ like and heirloom you pass on to your childrenâs children. Something doesnât add up here, but read for yourself their advertisement and warranty/replacement policy if youâre considering one of their watches and decide for yourself.
