From initial telephone enquiry contact the process for selecting my doors from the comfort of my home as the sales rep Gareth came to me, right through the surveyors visit and then finally getting my new doors installed yesterday this was smooth. Thanks to John and his team for coordinating this and most especially thanks to Nicholas and James who were friendly, professional and meticulous in their work of removing old doors and fitting the new ones for me. Had a composite front door supplied and fitted by the Bangor branch. Had an issue with one of the hinges after the warranty had lapsed. Great after sales service from the folks in Bangor as they took ownership of the problem and quickly supplied a replacement. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Replaced windows and doors, the installation was completed to an excellent standard by Nicholas and James. Attention to detail, clean job and a healthy bit of banter. We can't fault their professionalism - highly recommended!

Had a new porch made and installed by the Newtownabbey branch, and they did an amazing job from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, and the team were professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. Mark in particular stood out—he is one of the hardest-working and most skilled workers they have. His attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in his work really showed in the final result.

We also had all new windows installed by the same team, and once again the standard of work was excellent. Everything was completed to a high quality, on time, and with no issues at all. The difference it has made to our home is fantastic.

Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the service and workmanship and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for similar work.

Great service from the trade counter in Bangor

I had a full new bathroom fitted and from the beginning in the show room with michael to the men coming to my home to carry out the work I couldn't be happier. Everyone one of them were so professional! At the end of each day my home was left spotless and their attention to detail was second to none. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

In comparison to other companies, their pricing is anything but competitive. A neighbour had guttering and fascia boards fitted by another company for considerably less, and their surveyor actually visited the site before a quote. The best advice is to seek other quotes and testimonials before committing yourself.

After having used hhi Lisburn firstly for new bathroom and being impressed by their professional fitters, plumbers, electricians etc we also got them to replace all guttering and suffices etc. As once again we were delighted with standard of teams who carried out the job we then went ahead with getting a new kitchen fitted. Everything went like clockwork. What was to be done on the days the itinerary stated the workers where here on the dot and all very pleasant and clean and tidy workers. Would highly recommend hhi Lisburn and thank them for their high standards and any snags dealt with quickly so again their aftercare is excellent

I had Nicolas and Matt installing windows for the whole house as well as a front and back door. Couldn't be more thrilled with how it looks. The difference between the tired and dated look of the old front of the house to the modern and more stylish design is amazing. They were both hard working, professional, friendly and by far the tidiest workers I've met. Highly recommend and love the result I've got.

Fast and efficient service, good contact between HHI and customer, I would recommend them for your PVC needs.
The fitters were very clean and tidy, they even got down on their knees and hoovered(Phil and his boys were excellent.

Teamwork makes the dream work. From sales, surveyor, office support to fitters and drivers all working together and communicating at every stage supporting each other and me as the customer for the best possible experience. Great service from sales room Gareth, Donna and Abbi, through to the plumber Stefan, the fitter Bart,electrician Michael and joiner James (Jimmy). Very pleasant guys who gave great attention to detail and were easy to have in the house. I would highly recommend HHI.

I recently had a new en-suite bathroom fitted and I’m extremely pleased with over all result, from start to finish the workmanship was of a very high standard, with attention to detail throughout. Overall I would highly recommend HHI for anyone considering a bathroom renovation, the finished en-suite not only meets our expectations but exceeds them in both quality and presentation, thank you Gareth .

Gareth took us through the initial planning of ripping out and refurbing our ensuite in November 2025 - Castlereagh branch. We loved the selection they had in the showroom and we were able to get almost everything sorted in one visit. We were told of the high demand (a good sign in my opinion) so it was April 2026 before work began. Only 4.5 days and a new ensuite was full complete. All trades people were so friendly and made minimal mess (thanks to Neil, Michael and Stephen). Highly recommend for a quality service. All staff are professional and helpful.

I would recommend this company to everyone I know as I have just got all new windows and doors fitted and they are perfect. The fitters were very friendly and courteous and they were very meticulous about their work,they were very clean and tidied up after. Thank you so much.

We had our bathroom and ensuite refurbished by the company. From the start to finish they were excellent in the the planning of the project and importantly in undertaking the work. It was done in timely fashion and very well managed. Follow up support also impressive.

Just had a new Bathroom designed and fitted through the Newtownabbey branch. Absolutely superb service from the design, removal of old suite and fitting of the new suite. All the tradesmen (Alan, Peter, Gerrard, Neil & Thomas) were very professional and have left us with a stunning new bathroom to be proud off. Recently had new windows and doors fitted. Nick did an excellent job alongside Matthew. They kept me informed fixed a couple of delivery errors and finished the job to an exceptionally high standard. They were polite and friendly and a pleasure to have in our home! Highly recommend!!
