Knowledgeable and professional staff.

Always a great experience at hidden hearing Nottingham. Today I saw Faye who is professional and great fun to be with during my hearing test. I also saw Nadiyah who was helpful and freindly and did a great job removing wax from my ears.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing Nottingham to every one.

I cannot fault the quality of the customer care I experienced in your Nottingham store on my third annual review; thorough, exhaustive, meticulous, comprehensive etc etc and all carried out with humour and affability. Why then the BUT in the review title?
I was introduced, by the brilliant audiologist, to a pair of state of the art ZEAL hearing aids. They were fantastic but very expensive. Although the audiologist wasn't putting any pressure on me to upgrade my HAs, far from it, I decided not to give into temptation mainly because of the 'steep' price.
When I got home I investigated the price of the same HAs, with apparently equivalent follow up support, with other suppliers in my city. I discovered that the Hidden Hearing price was appreciably higher (nearly a £1000) than the competitors even with the offered 30% discount.
I cannot know if the follow up care with another company would be as good, but the price difference will mean that, as things stand, I will take my business elsewhere when I replace my ageing Oticon Real HAs next year.
This will be a great pity because, as I say, the quality of follow up care in your Nottingham branch is remarkable.
Perhaps your business model needs reviewing !

The service was worth my time. Got the assistant l needed

I’ve waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to truly understand how much of a difference Hidden Hearing would make to my life.

I was born with hearing loss, but at 37 I discovered there was so much of the world I had never really heard. Everyday sounds people take for granted — the rain falling, sausages whistling in the pan — were suddenly there. It’s hard to explain the feeling of realising an entire layer of life has been missing.

Hearing aids have changed my life far more than words can describe. For years I was diagnosed with social anxiety, but I now realise so much of what I struggled with was connected to my hearing loss. The exhaustion, the worry, the feeling of trying to keep up.

Today, I walk into work conferences with confidence. Recently, I stood in front of 150 peers and delivered my own presentation — something I never imagined I would be able to do. That confidence has grown because I can hear, engage, and be present in a way I never could before.

Hidden Hearing hasn’t just improved my hearing; it has changed how I experience life and how I see myself.

My audiologist has been exceptional — incredibly professional, supportive, and somehow always with the most amazing fashion sense too, which genuinely brightened every appointment.

I’m actually excited for my next review, which says everything. Thank you, Hidden Hearing, for changing my life in ways I never thought possible.

One of the most deeply intensive interviews into a hearing condition that was fully investigated and explained. Great attention to detail, thorough hearing test and a great understanding of my condition.
Hidden hearing is not a "cheap" hearing aid supplier but the product is excellent

Super service ! Nadiyah cleaned all the wax out, what a big relief. Very gentle, considerate and thorough. Loved the fact that she was using a special camera device to see inside my ear and was able to see before and after pictures.

Great price

After all the tests I had done. We were told my results . The results shocked me that I only had 20% of hearing with both ears. Everything was explained why my hearing was so bad. To my surprise I had earring aids fitted that were set up to sort my hearing up to what it should be. Amazing I cannot wait to get my earring aids.

First class service from Nottingham hidden heading staff, nothing is too much trouble : any issues sorted straight away. Brilliant audiologist. Please come to the branch. They are my first post of call. Exceptional

I have used the Nottingham branch since August 2024; my father somewhat longer. Fey the audiologist is outstanding in her care and advice: her explanation of hearing aid function and use is excellent and sets very reasonable expectations for the quality of outcome to be experienced. She’s clearly very knowledgeable in her field; her enthusiasm about the importance of her work is infectious. Beyond that, her work ethic is strong which means that any emergencies get booked in very quickly for fast resolution. Outstanding overall - thank you for your service.

I had a delightful experience with lots of pleasant entertaining conversation. The tests were not intimidating or worrying in any way and the results were explained clearly. I couldn’t fault my treatment.
I didn’t buy the recommended aids and there was no pressure put on me to do so.

They could not have been more helpful in sorting out my problem . I lost a hearing aid and was distraught. Nothing is ever too much for the audiologist and the speed in which she liaised with others to resolve my problem was amazing. I am truly grateful for the care i received
