Ordered earphones and headphones at a very competitive price.
My order arrived promptly but unfortunately the products I ordered did not fit the utility I required them for. Microphone on the headphones was incompatible with my console, for example.
Upon explaining the circumstance, returning the goods and them undergoing inspection, I was given a full refund and well wishes that I find a product that suited my needs.
Incredibly considerate and stellar customer service. I will ensure I order here in future.

I made the mistake of ordering some headphones from them via Amazon. Took my money. Issued me with a tracking ID for the delivery. Later the same day I got a “confirmation of refund” from Amazon as the item was out of stock (Amazon showed 3 in stock). I now have found another - hopefully more effective supplier but I have to wait 5-7 working days for my £329 refund. What a waste of my time and how dare they take such a chunk of my cash for something that don’t have to sell. And the first thing I know about it is the refund confirmation from Amazon. If you can’t provide a proper service via Amazon don’t tarnish you brand by using them. I wonder what excuse they will make on TrustPilot to make it look like it was somehow my fault or this review is somehow unfair?

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and always use them even though I no longer live in the UK. I have always found them to be available, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, with a wide range of headphones. More importantly, when a salesperson does not know the answer to a technical question they refer to someone who does.
I recently purchased 2 sets of IEMs, Lypertek Z3 and Z7, which duly arrived safely after 3/4 days. A day or so after the company did a promotion discounting the Z7s, which to be honest I was pretty miffed at, not having been told there was a promotion coming up. I sent an email to the company and received a reply back promptly explaining that Ben, the salesperson, would not have known about the upcoming promotion and offering to give me the discount, which I said thank you, as I had no right to expect a refund. I received an email saying that the refund had been actioned. All was completed within a couple of hours, probably would have been quicker if had I been looking at my email. Is that sterling service or not? I certainly think so.

The headset does not work!

Does it work with iPhone? No

Is it loud? No

Does it drop sound out? Yes

When it's charging does it make a loud unusable sound that you and all your team makes can hear? Yes!

Does it stay changed no lucky if it last 3 hour but needs 6 hours to charge without using it cos it sounds so bad.

CAN YOU USE IT WITH APP? NO

Does the sound get even lower when it's running out of power? Yes.

I've told you all the above and more.

BUT YOU DONT LISTEN!!!!

IT DOES NOT WORK!!!! 60 DAYS OR NOT YOU SHOULD REFUND IT. THATS THE LAW

Terrible company do not buy from. Horrible customer service. Told to wait for firmware update then without any support told me I'm to late and TRY to sell it 2nd hand! 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I was looking to purchase a pair of kef q150 speakers on there website, only had one pair left in stock at a very competitive price.
I rung the sales line and spoke to very polite knowledge salemen.
I phoned because I wanted to know if the stock quantity was updated regularly, unlike some other online retailers.
He confirmed that the stock across the whole shop was updated.
I brought the last pair, paid.
From the moment I clicked buy now i was regularly updated via email and supplied with a dpd tracking number for free next day delivery.
They arrived next day in the 1 hour time allotted by dpd.
