Great Purchase. Thumbs up!

Das Go Link Max pro finde ich sehr gut. Sehr guten Klang und man kann dazu ein symmetrisches Kabel verwenden.
Die Nexis App lässt allerdings zum Wünschen übrig.
Sie funktioniert nicht wirklich. Sie verliert ständig die Verbindung mit den Go Link und sie enthält so gut wie keine nützlichen Funktionen um den DAC zu steuern. Sie ist wahrscheinlich eher für andere Geräte von der IFI-Linie gedacht.

I don’t know if there is a “perfect” or “ideal” sound quality. It’s all just terrior in my opinion. But the Zen Can makes my Grado open-ear headphones sound fantastic. A lot of bass that doesn’t sound manufactured. Build quality is impressive. The all analog circuitry really makes a difference. Thank you!

Quick and easy order and delivery. Sound quality is great even though iPhone is only running AAC codec.

i have two point that can be upgrade when someone is calling make the DAC say's the number would be cool and xbass is quite good but not as much at it is on the hipdac 3

As listening hours pass I notice better tonal depth of instruments. The detail is better and the harsh glassy high frequencies of DAC V2 are now smooth and rich. Symbol hits and Saxophone high notes in particular. There is also stronger attack of guitar and drum leading edges. Job well done iFi!

Great product good shipping times and I was up to date with the progress.

Definitely not worth the cost, bad audio compared to AirPods.

Was sent wrong item and took a couple weeks to get correct item. I ordered off of the IFI Shopify shop, would not do that again it makes returns impossible.

Only recommend using Amazon, much easier to work with and I would have returned it after listening, it’s tiny and not quality sound.

Great price and item arrived well packaged and quickly.

Zen DAC does what I need it to do and does it well.

I think that iFi audios products are fine, but I am sorry to say that it is impossible to get in contact with iFi audio.
I have created a user-account on the companys website in order to get an answer to a technical problem. The site tells me to create a so-called ticket to get in contact with the company. The problem is that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE THE TICKET. I now try ask the same question here on Trustpilot. The one-star is for the ticketsystem (and service) not for the products.

Here is the question about the ipower X power supply:

The powersupply is fine, but all the light that it emits annoys me. Is there any way that I can turn it off? If not, does the powersupply overheat if I put it into another box. Or can I put a piece of dark (black) tape in front of the lightning holes?
You have created a fine little low-noise powersupply, but you have created a new kind of noise: LIGHT-POLLUTION.

J'ai un Zen Stream et je regrette mon achat. L'appareil est capricieux. Une fois on le voit, une fois on ne le voit pas sur le réseau quand on veut l'utiliser avec Spotify par exemple. De plus, l'application mobile Androïd pour le piloter est catastrophique : extrêmement lente, pas du tout intuitive ni ergonomique, très compliquée à connecter (il y a un réseau Wifi local à l'appareil, qui ne reste pas stable longtemps). Actuellement, je n'arrive pas à mettre à jour ce streamer : écran noir sur l'appli.
Bref, beaucoup trop de soucis pour un appareil qui devrait se faire oublier. Quand j'arrive à le faire fonctionner, le son est correct, mais j'en arrive à le faire fonctionner de moins en moins tellement l'interface est rudimentaire et non fonctionnelle et tellement il pose de problème à découvrir sur le réseau.
Pour couronner le tout : vous voulez créer un ticket pour avoir de l'aide ? Le formulaire vous décourage : numéro de série (où est-il ?), date d'achat (comme si je m'en souvenais), preuve d'achat (!), bref, même pas la peine.

Ho acquistato due articoli, iPurifier ed ieMatch+, dei quali sono estremamente soddisfatto, in particolare apprezzo molto l'ieMatch+ che ha risolto il rumore di fondo del mio ampli cuffia Rudistor, senza intaccare la brillantezza e la definizione delle mie Grado SR325 X.

Ease of ordering. Tracking. Delivery time. Packaging. Instructions. Ease of use. Ergonomics. Sound quality better than expected- I don’t think there is any information left on the cd that is not presented to the earphones- spatial, timbre, low / high. Perfect match for the Beyerdynamic T1 . Which brings us to the headphone matching calculator on the ifi website: brilliant idea!
